DIAMOND GROUND SURFACE PREP
We mechanically profile every concrete slab with professional diamond grinding equipment before any coating is applied. This is the single most important step in preventing peeling and delamination.
100% SOLIDS EPOXY PRODUCTS
We use 100% solids epoxy — not water-based or solvent-based products. 100% solids means maximum film thickness, superior adhesion, chemical resistance, and durability.
POLYUREA & POLYASPARTIC TOP COATS
Every system is sealed with industrial polyurea or polyaspartic clear top coats that are 4–5x more durable than standard epoxy. These top coats are UV-stable, abrasion-resistant, and chemical-resistant.
FULL CRACK & SPALL REPAIR
Before we coat anything, we repair every crack, hole, and damaged area with professional filler. A properly repaired surface is the foundation of a coating that lasts.
MULTI-COAT SYSTEM APPLICATION
Our full-broadcast flake systems include a primer coat, epoxy base coat, decorative flake broadcast, and polyurea or polyaspartic clear coat — a complete system that performs as a unit.
